Incomplete aplications will be returned. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ALL participants shall be 14 years of age or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have both parents, parent with custody, or legal guardian sign release form.
Each participant must pick up their packet in person in the Jamboree office. Identification will be checked.
Applications on a first come, first served basis.
MINIMUM OF TWO (2) PEOPLE PER VEHICLE.
All reservations must be paid in advance. Additional passengers may be added up to July 16, 2010
